High-Performance PMB European Standard
PMB European Standard (EN 14023)
Bernet Bitumen manufactures Polymer Modified Bitumen (PMB) in compliance with EN 14023, the European specification for polymer-enhanced paving binders.
Our PMB range offers superior elasticity, rutting resistance, and fatigue performance, designed to meet the high durability standards required across Europe and other demanding climates.
Each PMB grade is formulated with premium base bitumen and high-performance polymers such as SBS (Styrene-Butadiene-Styrene) or EVA (Ethylene-Vinyl Acetate) to deliver elastic recovery, temperature stability, and long service life in both hot and cold environments.
Designed for EN 14023 Performance Requirements
European PMB grades are identified by their penetration range (0.1 mm) and softening point (°C), providing precise guidance for engineers selecting the right binder for local conditions.
These binders are tested for elastic recovery, cohesion, and resistance to aging to guarantee long-term performance.
Engineered for Strength & Flexibility
