Flexitanks are single-use multilayer liners installed inside 20-foot containers, transforming them into secure bulk liquid carriers.

Construction & Specifications

Each flexitank is constructed from multi-layer polyethylene (PE) and polypropylene (PP) films designed to withstand internal pressure and temperatures exceeding 120 °C.
Reinforced outer fabrics and thermal barriers protect the cargo from heat loss and mechanical impact.

Typical capacities range from 14,000 to 24,000 litres, depending on container design and project requirements.
Because of the flexible structure, flexitanks are only suitable for use inside standard 20-foot containers, which provide the necessary lateral support during transit.
